ORDERS

All orders received will be confirmed immediately by our customer service personnel. If you do not hear from us within an hour, please contact us. Corporate orders must be accompanied by Purchase Order with company stamp affixed and send to our email at jennypcyeung@gmail.com

All orders are prepaid and unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by cash upon delivery

Once your order is confirmed with payment, you will be given a reference number and you will receive a confirmation email. 


Payment Details

All orders must be charged through credit card or online transfer to Ezy Blossoms Trading @ HLB 193 000 25487. All cheques should be crossed.

 

UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS 

In the event that flowers or products are not available at time of order, De Florette reserves the right to substitute with similar products of equal or higher value.


RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

  • Please note that a fee of MYR15.00 will be levied for redirection of orders.
  • Should you need to amend or cancel your order, a 48hours notice is required or 50% of cancellation fees will be applied.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days
  • All products purchase online are not refundable unless proven misfit. In case of refund and complaint, please email directly to jennypcyeung@gmail.com 
  • All refund will be paid in the form of Cash Voucher only.

Should you need to speak to our customer representative or if you have difficulty in placing online order, you can contact us directly at 017-2162108. If you prefer to order by phone, you may call us directly.

 

Our florist shop is open from Mon to Sat, from 9am - 6pm. We are closed on Sundays & Public Holidays. 

 

Delivery 

At De Florette, we will do our best to meet with our customer’s request on the delivery time. However, due to our workload, we are unable to guarantee a specific arrival time. The only timed guarantee is the Funeral Flower as it takes the highest priority. Deliveries takes place between 9am till 6pm and may be extended on peak trading periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

 

Should your recipient not be at home at the time of delivery, we will leave a calling card with contact details for recipient to rearrange another delivery or collection.

 

For Hospital Delivery, please ensure that Flowers Are Allowed In Recipient’s Ward.
